Coming Soon! Spearfish SSB Branch

ANNOUNCED IN AUGUST OF 2023

Sundance State Bank is pleased to announce a land purchase in Spearfish for a future branch expansion. The purchased lot is located on the southeast corner of The Village at Creekside across from Sawyer Brewing. The Village, located near I-90 Exit 10, is an accessible, community-centered place where people can enjoy the natural beauty of Spearfish and the creek.

Sundance State Bank has been serving northeastern Wyoming and the Black Hills since 1895, when it first opened for business in downtown Sundance, Wyoming. After 128 years, it remains a financially strong, locally owned, community focused bank that is dedicated to serving the financial needs of its customers.

“Over the years, we have had so many customers driving to Sundance to work with us that in 2014, Sundance State Bank opened a Loan Production Office in Spearfish, located in the 12th Street Plaza near Interstate 90. While the main branch remains in Sundance, our growing customer base in the Spearfish region made it a logical decision to plan for further expansion in a growing market. Spearfish has been a great fit for our style of banking, and we look forward to continuing to build relationships in Spearfish,” commented Andy Miller, Sundance State Bank president.

Since opening the Loan Production Office in Spearfish, local staff Jerome Greger, Vice President, and Lorrie Redfield, Assistant Vice President, have welcomed the opportunity to invest in the Spearfish region through servant leadership and local sponsorships.

One of the ways they have given to the community is through their involvement in service organizations. Jerome has been an active member and treasurer for the Northern Hills Rotary for nearly a decade while Lorrie has been an active member of the Zonta Club of Spearfish for over a decade, including as president for three years.

“We have been privileged to build many relationships in the Spearfish area. With our large customer base here, a future expansion will allow us to better serve our current customers as well as continue to create new relationships,” stated Jerome Greger, vice president Spearfish LPO.

Sundance State Bank is currently working with a local architect to finalize the plans for this new branch.
